The ADEMI Savings and Credit Bank underwrote an agreement with GCS Systems and its product, tPago, through which it will help over 300,000 clients of the financial institution in managing their purchases and payments through their mobile phone.
The agreement was signed by Guillermo Rondón, CEO of Banco Ademi, and Brian Paniagua, CEO of GCS Systems, whom valued the importance of the strategic alliance, agreed upon by both entities.
Through this agreement, ADEMI customers can use tPago to link their accounts, loans and credit cards, in order to check their balance, transfer funds, pay bills, reload airtime minutes, shop at affiliated establishments and check transactions.
This new channel ADEMI places at the disposal of its customers, means considerable savings in making trips to the bank to pay credit cards, loans and utility services.
TPago is a mobile payment platform, launched in the Dominican market, which has created products and services for its users, aiming to help make easier their transactional operations without the need to visit the different venues.
Mr. Paniagua indicated that through this initiative, tPago reaffirms its commitment on behalf of the entity towards users, to never stop integrating new companies to its services platform, for the benefit of its customers.
Guillermo Rondón defined ADEMI as a financial entity specialized in servicing small, and medium-sized businesses, reason why it has designed a series of products tailored to suit this segment’s needs and seeks to identify the appropriate channels to serve this market niche, as was stated in a press release.
tPago is a service provide by GCS System, a company in the Financial Services portfolio of assets administered by VICINI.
